I am an old timer as far as managing a pool. I think MobiWork simplifies the recording of daily chores and allows our managers to see what is going on at each pool without having to be there physically. It also allows for us to report problems by filling out a something’s wrong form, which I had to recently do. The regional manager was there to evaluate and fix the problem within 30 minutes. It was awesome and efficient. As a manager, it allows me to see how many people are at the pool, when I’m not there, to see if I need to call in reinforcements. My favorite part is to send the pictures instead of having to describe everything. I am a visual person so I can appreciate that aspect if I were on the other end, receiving the pictures. Regionals or the powers that be can see every pool, with having to be there, then they can just visit each pool to be visible and available.

We love the real-time GPS tracking, which shows where our team is and keeps them on the right path. Even when there's no internet, the app still works great, which is a big plus for us. Customer support is awesome—always quick to help and very friendly. The app fits well with our other systems, making our work faster and simpler. I work in the pool industry and use MobiWork year round. I have both inside and outside pools and the app increases job efficiency and record keeping. My ‘techs’ use the mobi app to record their daily chemical ‘hand checks’, automated mechanical feeding and controller device readings, any chemical added to the pool, filter / pool pressure gauge readings, and any issues that pool may have is reported, through mobi, directly to my email so I can eliminate those issues asap. The mobi app also can be used to allow a daily ‘schedule of duties’ to be performed which allows the tech to check off the duties they are required to do on a daily basis insuring the pool and its surroundings are up to Swimsafe standards. The MobiWork app also has a geo tracker allowing me to ‘track’ my techs ONLY (in our case) to make sure the tech has been to their assigned pools as required. This geo tracker has other benefits which other companies may choose to use. Overall MobiWork is, in my opinion, a tool that I rely on to make my job more efficient, more dynamic, and real time which, at the end of the day, creates a safe and customer happy environment.

The workflow of this app makes working for a pool company a breeze, especially when working at or servicing multiple pools in a single day. As a service tech, it allows me to compartmentalize a checklist specific to each pool without the hassle present in previous schemes I’ve used. It’s universally accessible and reliable. Even if there was a miscommunication on the staff side and I didn’t get assigned a work order to clean a pool, I can search for work orders within the system nearby my phones location and pick up the work order immediately without having to play phone tag. It’s great. I truly recommend this app.
