I heard about the service from a friend when I mentioned I was needing some estate planning documents done. He recommended LegalZoom and this. I didn’t have high expectationsAnd decided to try it anyway. I got the free trial and then signed up for three months. I was shocked how great the service was. I was able to get all of my trusts and wills done and was even able to speak with the lawyer both via email and on the phone. All for a decently low subscription price.When I didn’t need the service anymore canceling was actually easy which is a big deal when you subscribe to a service. Highly recommend

I’ve used this service for a few different legal situations I’ve had to deal with. It has been very helpful. You can access legal forms easily. Ask questions and get answers from real , legal attorneys. Look up laws, penal codes and statutes. I’ve used a different service also that started out good but didn’t continue being good. This is a better service by far. Sometimes you just need to know what the law is on something and a couple legal terms to use and your able to take care of an issue without hiring an attorney. And without looking like you don’t know at all what your talking about. I personally like to research things before I approach a situation , so I’m able to present my self like I know what I’m talking about. This service has helped me do this more than once.

I just talked to the most amazing customer service representative ever, Vanessa. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, friendly yet firm. Not only did she exceeded my expectations but she educated on the benefits of staying a member of Rocket. She was also excited for me regarding my business plan. As a navy veteran, I tried to recruit her for the military but she has hold Rocket dear to her heart and politely said’ no ma’am’ not for me, I love my job.” That was incredibly. I love how attentive rocket lawyer is. When you mention a problem they actually contact you to fix it. I had a team member really work to understand my issue and realize that it was not a glitch in the app but navigating the app was cumbersome. They then took my suggestions to the team. This was an emailConversation but the replies were very quick and obviously not automated. I really do appreciate their customer service and their effort to make things better!
