I heard about the service from a friend when I mentioned I was needing some estate planning documents done. He recommended LegalZoom and this. I didn’t have high expectationsAnd decided to try it anyway. I got the free trial and then signed up for three months. I was shocked how great the service was. I was able to get all of my trusts and wills done and was even able to speak with the lawyer both via email and on the phone. All for a decently low subscription price.When I didn’t need the service anymore canceling was actually easy which is a big deal when you subscribe to a service. Highly recommend

I’ve used this service for a few different legal situations I’ve had to deal with. It has been very helpful. You can access legal forms easily. Ask questions and get answers from real , legal attorneys. Look up laws, penal codes and statutes. I’ve used a different service also that started out good but didn’t continue being good. This is a better service by far. Sometimes you just need to know what the law is on something and a couple legal terms to use and your able to take care of an issue without hiring an attorney. And without looking like you don’t know at all what your talking about. I personally like to research things before I approach a situation , so I’m able to present my self like I know what I’m talking about. This service has helped me do this more than once.

I just talked to the most amazing customer service representative ever, Vanessa. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, friendly yet firm. Not only did she exceeded my expectations but she educated on the benefits of staying a member of Rocket. She was also excited for me regarding my business plan. As a navy veteran, I tried to recruit her for the military but she has hold Rocket dear to her heart and politely said’ no ma’am’ not for me, I love my job.” That was incredibly. Because of her outstanding attitude, I WILL continue to do business with Rocket, and will recommend them to my business partners, friends and family. Thank you Vanessa.

From looking into things like AdobeSign and DocuSign, after learning that sending documents for signature was “included” with the Rocket Lawyer subscription, it made shutting those two services down, a no brainer!The document signing process is the same, but the BENEFIT of Rocket Lawyer (though a bit more pricey from my experience), is that you can create legitimate, State Compliant, legal documents on Rocket Lawyer. The process to “generate” the document on Rocket Lawyer, followed by the ability to download and “customize” it, then re-upload it back to the site set up signings was a gift!The ability to then track the signing of documents, as the initiator of the process, when there is more than one signer is also a major help.The thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is that setting up the “flow” of the signing is inconsistent and not well explained, (if at all).Additionally, when having multiple documents to send to the same group of people, you have to set the people up in EACH document, versus being able to save your signers and select them from your list of saved signers. These issues are frustrating and time-consuming/wasting.Admittedly though, I “didn’t” really look around enough to see if I could set this up. But, you would think that during a given login session, your signers would be saved for reuse, on other documents set for signing during that session.Finally, and though this isn’t on them, and perhaps where another product/methodology might be better, it’s TOUGH to IMPOSSIBLE to create a document where you want to have the recipient fill out a significant amount of data because the pages get overcrowded and difficult to impossible to keep track of, because none of the boxes can overlap, which is also tough to impossible on things like, Rental Applications.Despite those things, this service is AMAZING once you understand how to use it and preconfigure your documents!
