You can now view your check-ins over time, helping you spot mood patterns and explore each day in more detail. We’ve also made it easier to add existing solutions and solution packs to packs and events.

We have fixed an issue which caused some events to appear at the wrong time.

In this exciting release, we have: - Allowed users to create checklist-type solutions - Updated the Help centre links shown in the app - Made a visual change to the ‘edit solution pack’ menu - Made fixes to analytics for solutions and packs

We’ve added a new day view for your calendar in Brain in Hand to help you manage your time and plan ahead with even more flexibility and ease. We’ve also added a new widget to make accessing your Solution Packs on the go even easier.

Minor tweaks ahead of forthcoming features

We’ve made it easier to find and manage your support in the app. You can now navigate your calendar more smoothly with a scrollable week view, simple day-to-day swiping, and a quick way to jump back to today.  We’ve also made it easier to use the right strategies at the right time by letting you search for and add individual solutions directly to events, without needing to add a full solution pack.

New calendar navigation option - making it easier for you to search through the Calendar and plan ahead. Also, new tooltips/guidance to help new users get started with Brain in Hand.

We’ve added a brand-new Solutions Library so you can browse and organise all your solution packs in one place. You can also now create individual solutions, giving you more flexibility and control over the support that works for you.

Introducing our new Five Point Check-In flow! - updated widgets and new Check-In section on the homepage. It’s now even easier for you to Check-In and reflect on how you are doing.
