YOUR BUSINESS NAME STAYS CHANGED Renaming your business now saves to your account and updates everywhere, including the title at the top of every screen. REMINDERS OPEN THE RIGHT THING Tapping a reminder opens that exact invoice, including "payment received". Two new reminders: an estimate about to expire, and a recurring invoice generating tomorrow. REVENUE CHART The monthly chart now plots the correct month. Your totals were always right.

VERSION 9.0 This update restores records that were not showing up, fixes an issue where the app could stop responding while syncing, and corrects several amounts shown on invoices. YOUR MISSING RECORDS COME BACK If your Services & Offerings list was empty, or invoices you knew you had were not in the list, this update brings them back. Your data was always safe on our servers — the app was unable to read certain records. It now can, and it refreshes everything once when you first open it. Nothing for you to do. THE APP NO LONGER STOPS RESPONDING WHILE SYNCING Some people found the app would freeze and need to be force-closed, usually while data was syncing. That is fixed. Syncing is also considerably faster — what could take several minutes now takes under a minute. INVOICES SHOW WHAT HAS BEEN PAID When a customer pays part of an invoice, the invoice you send them now shows the amount paid and the balance still due. Previously, a part-paid invoice looked identical to an unpaid one, so customers had no way to see their payment had been received. This works across all 19 designs. CORRECT AMOUNTS AND CURRENCIES • Amounts now use your own currency everywhere. Some screens always showed dollars regardless of your setting. • Contact balances now match the invoices behind them. • Totals are rounded to real, chargeable amounts — no more figures with a fraction of a cent. • Distances on invoices now use the same unit shown in the app. If you work in kilometres, a new invoice will show kilometres where it previously said miles. The amount charged was always correct; only the label was wrong. GET PAID Invoices created from Get Paid now carry your real business details, list your existing customers to choose from, apply your tax rate, use your normal invoice numbering, and can be saved. SMALLER FIXES • Your business name now stays changed after you rename it. • New invoices appear in the list straight away. • Recording a payment is easier to reach. • The create button now offers the right actions for the screen you are on. • Resetting your modules asks first. • Corrected French wording in several places.

FIXED: THE WRONG COUNTRY'S SALES TAXES • Quebec taxes were previously offered to everyone. You now see only taxes that apply to your location. CORRECTED: MILEAGE DEDUCTIONS • Mileage, dashboard, reports and exports now use one calculation and the correct unit. Previous exports should be rechecked: per-mile totals were overstated, and Canadian totals now use the correct two-tier rate after 5,000 km. FIXED: SALES THAT WOULD NOT COMPLETE If Point of Sale showed an error when you tried to take a payment, or a sale disappeared without reaching your dashboard, that is fixed. Sales complete, appear in Transaction History, and update your totals. FIXED: STOCK COUNTS GOING BACK TO WHERE THEY WERE Stock changes were saved on your device but never sent to our servers, so the next refresh replaced your count with the older one. Sales, stock adjustments and received purchase orders were all affected. Your counts now hold. FIXED: RECORDS THAT HAD STOPPED APPEARING Contacts, invoices, receipts and projects could stop showing even though nothing had been deleted. Several separate causes, all fixed. If your lists have looked short or empty, they should be complete again after updating. Nothing needs re-entering. FIXED: AI CHAT HISTORY SHOWING AS EMPTY Saved conversations could show as "No Conversations Yet" while they were all still there. They are back. FIXED: DRAFT INVOICES BEING MARKED OVERDUE Unsent drafts were being marked Overdue simply for having a date in the past. A draft has not been sent to anyone, so it cannot be late. Drafts already affected are restored to Draft automatically. FIXED: INVENTORY CATEGORIES DISAPPEARING Categories you created for stock items were stopping being recognised as inventory categories, which left the picker empty. They are recognised again. CORRECTED: MILEAGE DEDUCTIONS Mileage was calculated inconsistently, and the Mileage screen, your reports and your exports could disagree. They now use one calculation, labelled with the correct unit. Please re-check any figures you exported previously: totals for miles-based rates were overstated, and Canadian totals now apply the correct two-tier rate past 5,000 km. FIXED: INVOICES MARKED OVERDUE ON THE DAY THEY WERE CREATED Invoices due on receipt were overdue immediately. They are now overdue only once the due date has actually passed. FIXED: REPORTS LOOKING EMPTY Reports opens on your fiscal year. If your records predate it you saw zeros with no explanation. It now tells you the period is empty and offers to show everything. NEW: ADD AN EXPENSE WITHOUT A PHOTO Type an expense in directly, for paper receipts you have already filed, or anything without a usable photo. NEW: INVOICE STRAIGHT FROM YOUR INVENTORY Invoice line items can be filled from your stocked items, not just the products and services catalog. NEW: PURCHASE ORDERS Raise an order against a supplier, add items and quantities, and mark it received to bring the stock in. FIXED: BACKUP PRODUCING AN EMPTY FILE The backup file did not contain your data. It now exports your receipts, invoices, contacts, projects, mileage and time entries. IMPROVED: CLEARER ERRORS AND CORRECTED FIGURES Messages like "InventoryError error 1" are replaced with plain explanations. The Point of Sale cart shows the exact tax rate it charges, the low stock count matches its filter, the deductible total respects the filter you have applied, and time entries are linked to their projects again.

FIXED: FREEZING WHEN OPENING OR CREATING INVOICES The app was redoing far more work than it needed to every time your invoice list loaded — enough that accounts with a long history could freeze and close before the list appeared. This affected anyone with a large number of invoices, and got worse the more invoices you had. The list now loads in one pass. If the app was becoming unusable for you, it should feel immediate again. FIXED: OLD INVOICES NOT LOADING The same problem stopped older invoices appearing at all, because the list never finished loading. They were always safely stored — they just could not be shown. They are back. NEW: ADD FEATURES DIRECTLY FROM THE MORE TAB The More tab now shows the features you are not currently using, under "Available to add". Accounting, Tax Tracking, Point of Sale and Team & HR can be switched on with a single tap, without going through Settings. Tap any of them to add it and it moves straight up into the list with your other features, or tap "Show all" to see everything the app offers. FIXED: "PAID" NOW APPEARS IN YOUR LANGUAGE The paid and partially paid marks on your invoices were printing in English regardless of the language you use. They now appear correctly translated, so the invoice your customer receives reads properly in their language. IMPROVED: STABILITY WHEN SIGNING IN Refinements to how your data loads after signing in, for a more reliable start-up. Thank you to the customers who reported the freezing in detail — it is what made the cause findable.

This update fixes a startup crash and restores missing contacts. If the app was freezing or closing on you, please update. FIXED: APP FREEZING AND CRASHING AT STARTUP Accounts with a large number of invoices could freeze a few seconds after opening and then close. The app was repeating far too much work while loading your invoices. No data was affected, and the app now opens normally. FIXED: MISSING CONTACTS Some customers found most of their contacts had disappeared, usually after signing out. The contacts were never deleted. The app was simply looking in the wrong place for them. This update finds that information and restores it automatically. The same problem could also hide receipts, invoices and tax records, and those are restored too. FIXED: YOUR FULL ADDRESS ON INVOICES Your city, state and ZIP code now appear on every invoice design. Previously most designs printed only your street address, and some printed no address at all. Leaving any one of those boxes empty no longer hides the other two. NEW: PAID AND PARTIALLY PAID INVOICES Invoices now clearly show when they have been paid, so you can send the same invoice back to your customer as proof of payment instead of creating a separate document. Invoices with an outstanding balance are marked as partially paid. FIXED: DISCOUNTS AND TAXES ON ESTIMATES Estimates were not applying discounts, and did not handle multiple tax rates such as GST and PST. Estimates now calculate exactly the same way invoices do, so an estimate and the invoice you create from it will always match. Estimates also have a discount field, which was missing before. FIXED: ESTIMATES ASKING TO UPGRADE Customers who had already purchased could be asked to upgrade when opening Estimates, because the app had not finished confirming the purchase. It now waits for confirmation before deciding, and clears the message if confirmation arrives a moment later. FIXED: SQUARE PAYMENT LINKS Creating a payment link with Square could fail with an authorization error even when the credentials were correct. The app now confirms your Square environment directly with Square instead of assuming it. Square setup no longer asks you to choose between test and production. The app works it out for you. Thank you to everyone who wrote in with detailed reports. Several of these were found and fixed because of them.

Duplicate Receipts, Products and Stock Items- Fixed, and Cleaned Up Some accounts were building up many copies of the same receipt, product or inventory item. We've fixed what caused it, and this version also clears the duplicates already on your device. Just install the update and open the app - there's no button to press, nothing to switch on, and it works whether or not you're signed in. Emailed Invoices Are No Longer Blank Invoices sent by email or text could arrive with an empty items table. The line items are now read back correctly, so your client sees the complete invoice. Your Chosen Invoice Template Stays Chosen Emailing an invoice could fall back to the default design. Your selected template, colours, logo and payment terms are now kept, and syncing no longer overwrites them. The Email Itself Now Carries Your Branding The message around the attached invoice uses your own logo and colours instead of our default palette. New: Tax-Inclusive Pricing If the prices you enter already include tax, switch on Tax-Inclusive Pricing in your tax settings. Tax is then worked out from the total rather than added on top, so your customer pays exactly the amount you typed — and the tax still shows as its own line for their records. Works with separate taxes such as TPS and TVQ. Existing invoices are untouched. Currency Fixes Added Papua New Guinean Kina (PGK). Fixed an issue where 39 of the 44 supported currencies were reset to US dollars as soon as an invoice synced. Your Older Invoices Are Back Some long-time users opened the app to find their whole invoice history missing. The data was always safe on the device — one unreadable record was hiding all of it. Your history now loads even if a single record is damaged.

Separate sales taxes on your invoices - Show GST and QST (TPS/TVQ) — or any two taxes — as separate line items instead of one combined amount, with their registration numbers. - New one-tap Quebec preset adds TPS (5%) and TVQ (9.975%) instantly. - Separated taxes now appear on every invoice template and on the PDF your clients receive. Prefer a single combined tax? That option is still there. Inventory movement history - Every stock change — items added, removed, recounted, damaged, or expired — is now recorded.
