This app worked for me for a decade. A little awkward, but it worked. In The recent update the app and all its users have been sold to some company that has changed everything. While it LOOKS to be more featured, it has lost much of its usability because it does not send invoices thru your existing email client. You clients will get emails from some OTHER sender that will inevitably be directed to spam. Whats worse, the app offer NO way for you to even SEE what emails have been sent. It won’t show in your sent folder and the app offers no access to whatever email client it uses. So now way you can even look up and verify that an invoice was sent on what date. I could not get the thing to display my company logo other than as an unreadable thumbnail. And when you contact them, you get a series of emails from a Bot named Jordon that just tell you everything has been fixed and to clear some cache that does not exist, while explaining that you have to upgrade to Version 4.4. Despite that 2 different places in the app it lists its version as 7.2 build 71. Poor Jordon seems incapable of coping with the fact that nowhere on the App Store nor in the app is there such a thing as version 4.4. All in all, this smacks of a short term cash grab since they make you PAY to get the app open

The initial update was a disaster lost access to old invoices and the app crashed on my iPad. But I have to give credit, the team has pushed like 8 updates in 6 weeks. Repair Legacy Data brought everything back. Stillwaiting on custom invoice numbering but they say it's coming.

CRITICAL FIX: Fixed a crash during data migration that prevented a few legacy users with years of data from opening the app. Migration now completes reliably for all users, ensuring no data is lost during the upgrade.
OTHER IMPROVEMENTS:
- Receipt editing now works correctly. Previously, scanned and OCR
receipts could not be edited — the amount field was read-only, date was not editable,
and saves failed silently. Edits, deletions, and duplications all work reliably now.
- Filter sheets no longer open as blank screens. Invoice and Estimate
filter/sort screens could appear completely empty with no way to dismiss, requiring a
force-quit. This has been resolved across all modules.
- Fixed mileage trip maps showing wrong location (was displaying San Francisco instead
of actual trip coordinates).
- Fixed "No Company Found" error when inviting team members after onboarding.
- Fixed notification settings always showing "Disabled" even after enabling.

Colossal Update!!!
This version of Invoice Manager is the biggest update since the first launch of the app. All new layout design for iPhone and iPad.
Quick Setting
- If you install the app for the first time, you will see the Quick setting screen will appear. It will allow you to quickly add your company's information, choose a template and header style for the invoice, add default tax and add a clipart as a logo. For a custom logo, you need to go to Settings/PDF Customization/Add Logo.
Home Screen:
- The home screen displays the summary reports with a button that allows a user to create a new invoice. On the iPad, the left split screen is open by default giving access to all functions of the app in one screen. On the iPhone, user will need to click on the menu button to access to other features. The app is only on landscape on iPad and portrait on the iPhone.
Menu screen
- The menu screen is the split screen on the left where all the buttons previously on the home screen are now located. The menu screen is divided into 4 important sections:
1. Company's and User's informations: Company's info, Customers, Products & Services.
2. Invoice documents (including Sales Receipt, Estimate and P.O)
3. Business tools: to create projects, manage expenses or receipts, Time tracker, cost calculator and live currency converter
4. The Admin section: Reports, Backup and Restore data (datea management in general) and settings.
Settings screen
- This is where we have grouped all settings of the app: PDF Customization, Edit Comment, Edit Email Message, Signature and Payment Methods. Any features that require to turn on a toggle switch will be found there.
PDF Customization
- This is probably the most important section of the settings: Choose a template, header style for an invoice, Add a logo, Edit labels on the PDF invoice document or customize font family and colour.

- Error screen when adding new product.
- Fixing issues with iOS 8.4.1 that stops the settings from working on PDF document
- Fixing the issue when you convert a timesheet to Invoice, the new invoice does not pick up the date of the timesheet.
- Fixing the issue when user deletes a line items on an invoice after it has been emailed, then it makes all line items change descriptions and dates to the one I needed to have deleted.
- When creating new invoices the newest invoice should be on top not get buried in the middle of the list it always should pop to the top with creating a new invoice.

** Now when an item is created, new option to select "Services" or "Products". When "Services" is selected, new screen will allow to add only the name of the service and the price, informations regarding inventory will not display on screen.
** When duplicating invoice it will pick the current date and the next invoice number.
** Alignment of the numbers is set to the right on the PDF invoice document.
** The default Currency placement is set before the numbers. Placement of the currency can still be changed via Manage Accounts screen/PDF Customization/Currency/Decimals.
** Ability to eliminate extra space on invoice pdf document when choosing third template (JOB DESCRIPTION).
** On Payment Methods, Bank details field allow multi-line of text on PDF document.
** A new switch button for Paypal. When the Paypal button is needed on Email, turn off the toggle switch.

** PDF Customization: New Hide PDFs Labels allows to hide the following sections on invoice document: Balance Due, Paid, Code#, Quantity, Rate, Amount and the whole product detail block.
** New PDF Reports: Sale Reports, Tax report, Expense report, Customer statements, Timesheet report, Inventory report per clients, Inventory report per products.
** Import Inventory: Import inventory data from Quickbooks or other apps. Open Inventory screen then tap on download icon near the share button on bottom left corner.
** New Stock Movement screen: this screen is accessible from (+) plus button on Item screen. This will allow you to track OUT and IN of each items or products for a better stock management.
