I just ordered for the 2nd day in a row as a new customer, besides it got delayed 30mins,it delivered to the wrong address since for yesterday’s order I added a different address as comment and called them to ensure it goes correctly- at that time they didn’t explain I need to remove from the comments as it’s saved the second address in my profile, conclusion: today’s order got delivered to yesterday’s address and the receipt I got states it delivered to the right address!.. That’s would be fine if they would fix and resent my order, Instead I got to reach a third rep in line that was rude to assume I don’t understand how their system works and try to patronize me, interrupt instead of also finally deliver the order. He has to start going to customer service seminars for a while to become helpful
Says it’s in English but it’s not

This app is almost unusable if you don’t read or know Greek. I set it to English but it doesn’t translate the app fully - only some of the titles but most titles are still in Greek and all descriptions are still in Greek. I lived in Crete for 6 months and contacted them but nothing was fixed- just received apologies. So I deleted the app because what’s the point since I can’t read the app. Now looking at Athens app it also doesn’t translate to English! Maybe 20% of it but not enough to understand what I’m ordering. Very sloppy app and deleting it again after trying it in Athens. Wolt is 100% English when set on translate.

Here’s the problem in Greece. Souvlakia… that’s the problem. Lack of creativity. I mean, come on people, Greece is supposed to be a culinary heaven but for some reason all I find on this app is souvlakia… here’s an idea for you Greek restauranteurs, how about Italian, Spanish, Mexican or Latin, maybe vertical specialties along ethnic or Greek lines. Maybe specialty regional Greek cuisine? I get it, souvlakia is quick, but come on man think a bit outside the box. The country has become a giant souvlaki joint… eFood should limit overdone styles and focus on variety.

This efood version may look the same as the one you already have, but while you’re ordering, it will fix many bugs, it will improve the ordering experience and will make the app work even better.
