The app doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles but it seems effective at what it’s supposed to do. Being basic isn’t necessarily a bad thing, this app appears to let you do the job and gets out of the way. No complaints here from the little big I’ve used it. The only thing that I’ve noticed is that you don’t appear to be able to tag a ticket from the app. On the ticket detail screen I think you are supposed to be able to (I can set the other values) but it’s at the bottom of the screen and it doesn’t appear to detect my tap when I try to tap into the tag field.Otherwise, it looks like it works fine.
New app looks good but still misses some key functionality
dapprvilln
Most of the key features needed to operate the helpdesk as a technician or admin are available. However, the app crashes when I attempt to add an image. Would be great to create tickets for my maintenance tech on the fly from my phone without relying on emailing them - why bother with an app?
Recent update is terrible
Condor1616
Used to work okay with our on-prem site. It actually used to work - somewhat well. Now it’s just a safari browser that fails authentication 9/10 times and asks for authentication every time you do ANYTHING. So annoying. Used to be able to use this app and now it’s unusable.
Developer Response
Try version 10.2. Pretty sure we fixed this. If that doesn’t help contact our support - we’ll probably need to adjust your on-premise config.
Search function gone after Upgrade
mikey456321
Not sure why the search function was removed. I was so excited that we finally had a ticketing system that was mobile, seeing how most of us are mobile. Seems more like a downgrade.
Developer Response
We’ll bring it back soon
