Ohio Mutual Mobile allows Ohio Mutual and United Mutual policyholders to easily access important insurance policy information and conveniently connect with us. Here are some of the features the app provides:
• Easy access to policy information and documents, including auto ID cards
• Save your insurance auto ID card to your Apple Wallet for easy retrieval
• Pay a bill, activate AutoPay, and easily manage your billing options
• Connect directly with your local Ohio Mutual or United Mutual agent
• Report a new claim with the ability to add photos, check in on your current claim status, or connect with your assigned claim representative
• Integration with your customer portal account
• Set up Push Notifications for important updates
• Face ID or Touch ID options for login
NOTE: You must be an Ohio Mutual or United Mutual policyholder to fully utilize this app.
To log in to Ohio Mutual Mobile, use your existing credentials for our customer portal. If you do not have a registered username and password, you can quickly create an account in the app for access to your policies, billing information, and claims.
Love this idea! I’m looking forward to when it works! Right now I get a weird unexpected error when I click the Add to Apple Wallet button and the ID cards are not added.

What a huge waste of time. I’ve been a customer for nearly a year and have never been able to successfully log in despite repeated tries! The password reset never works. I have repeatedly followed the procedure very carefully - it just doesn’t work. I wanted to see my payment options for renewal. I may go with another carrier altogether because this is really dismal.

I had no problems logging into the app and setting it up. It wasn't too difficult to find my auto ID cards after that. The app isn't stellar but it suits my needs and has my ID cards so it is adequate.
