This was a good app for me when I first started using it. It was very easy to use and I experienced no issues. It logged me out of my account, after not using it for a bit and I went to log back in. It kept telling me my password was wrong and I went to change it. After I changed it to the new password, I went to log in and it still said I had the wrong password. I went to change it again and then told me I couldn’t change it to the same password as my current one.

I really like it! I got it because of LimeLight and also started using it for Boys Planet 999. While I haven't been using it for very long, I have made my opinions on it. When I first got it, it was a bit confusing, but after messing around with it, I understood how the app works within the first 5-10 minutes. Compared to Universe and Weverse (which I have both been using for YEARS) it's actually a lot easier for me to use and do voting or post/comment. I definitely think I'll keep using it.
App Constantly Freezes

Everytime i try to open a community I’ve joined the app freezes. Even after refreshing multiple times the app still freezes. When the app does actually work it’s so annoying to navigate through. You really have to really dig to find what you want. There’s a lot of features that can help support artists you like but again it’s hard to find and they don’t really explain each feature that well.If you’re voting for Boys/Girls Planet then you have to sit through an 15 sec ad. You have to watch the entirety of the ad before you can confirm your votes. It’s always just an ad for the Mnet Plus app that you’re currently using.

This app is incredibly slow and buggy, you can’t even read through mnet community comments without it closing on itself. The sensitive word filters are also practically nonexistent, only disabling comments once the damage has already been done and everyone, including the artists, has seen it. It allows hateful people to run wild with their disgusting words and ruin a space meant only for fans. The company and developers obviously know what’s going on and the discomfort these rules, or lack thereof, bring their users but they simply just don’t care.
