Scooter was registered on my daughters phone and she locked the scooter. When trying to unlock scooter her phone died and now we can no longer log into the Gogo connect app to unlock. Repro steps:1. Register scooter via app to latest IOS.2. Log into gogoconnect, lock scooter 3. Attempted to log into app to unlock scooter, 4. login page loops or refreshes, removes the UM and PW and does not provide an error message.Deleted app and reinstalled5. Attempted to register shooter again e a different IOS device and had the exact same experience when attempting to log into the Gogo connect app.6. Password reset option is not responsive on the app so buggy and no app updates for the last 6 months. Actual result:Scooter is now unusable and cannot be unlocked via any device.

I don’t know why people are complaining in the review about the connectivity. Here’s a simple guide:Its the most easiest part I experienced. Simply turn on the Bluetooth of your device, and also turn on the bike, making sure it has some charge. Register to the app, verify your email with the link they send on your email, andThen login. Easy to set up. Very easy to use. Even the battery percentage and the miles update in real time when the bike is actively charging. You can even change the speed per mode, turn on the headlight via this app. Its a decent go-to easy app, with no complications. Good luck! :P

I just got this scooter and I’m already having problems the app won’t let me register no matter the device I try and it tells me to “wait 30 minutes because I’ve sent messages to often” I’ve been waiting for more than 5 hours and no matter what I do it keeps giving me this response not allowing me to register and do anything that comes with my scooter other than ride it

The app is good I have had nothing wrong with connectivity or anything like that. The only thing I’ve noticed is that overtime some of the mileage numbers like range, isn’t always correct. Also, some things in the settings and personal accounts don’t work.
Improved the fixed-speed cruise function and enhanced the user experience.
