The game itself is great. I’m a very casual player, so I enjoy doing the daily assignments more than anything else in the game, but this review is with regards to the support team and their chat feature. I had an issue with another player, and while I knew there wasn’t too much that could be done, I sort of just vented to the support team about how I felt about the situation. The person who responded to me in the support chat gave me one of the most kind, empathetic, and constructive messages I’ve ever received from anyone, let alone from a mobile game! They validated my feelings and expressed how they might go about fixing the situation in the future so the game interface and user experience would improve. I wish I could go into more detail, but I was so impressed with their response, I had to finally write a review here. It’s so rare to see genuine responses from support teams, but Whiteout Survival surpasses expectations. I’m so impressed I almost hope I run into another issue so I can talk to them again 😂 Absolutely great customer service. And for real, the game is lots of fun too - I’m just too casual to give valuable feedback on it other than: it has features of “castle building,” hunting/exploring, territory expansion (via guild or clan), arena (pvp), challenges and events, and chat features with built-in translation. You can play free, but like all things in life, if you want to be competitive, you’ll need to either invest time or money or both. Great game, even greater people 🥹 5 stars for sure.
