Performance and stability enhancements

We’re excited to announce a new update for the Outbuild iPad app! What’s New? - Progress Photos: You can now attach up to 3 photos per progress entry when updating task progress on iPad. You can create multiple progress entries in the same day, each with its own photos. - Capture or Upload: Take photos directly with your iPad camera or select images from your photo library. - Better Documentation: Each photo is saved with helpful context, including who uploaded it, when it was taken, and the task’s progress at that moment. - Available in the Task Card (Web): All progress photos are available in the new Task Card on the web platform, making it easy to review work history and progress over time. - Location Support: When enabled, photos taken with the camera can include location data for better jobsite visibility. More Coming Soon: This is just the beginning, additional improvements and new features for progress photos are coming soon.

iPad App Update — Roadblock & Lookahead Improvements We’ve delivered key enhancements to improve data accuracy in Roadblocks and resolved a visual issue in the Lookahead module, ensuring a smoother and more consistent experience on iPad. What’s New - Amount field upgraded: Now accepts values up to 12 digits total (including 2 decimals) Example: 9999999999.99 Fixes - Lookahead row highlight corrected: Previously, when selecting a company, the entire row was being highlighted instead of only the task bar area. This issue has now been fixed, so only the task bar area is highlighted, as intended.

iPad App Update — New Roadblock Fields Added We’ve improved the Roadblock creation experience on iPad by adding new fields that help capture more detail and context. What’s New - Name field limited to 50 characters (with live counter) - Description field (800-character limit with counter) - Notify To field to keep the right people informed - Monetary Impact field (Low, Moderate, Severe) with definitions - Amount field, enabled after selecting a Monetary Impact - Priority field (Low, Normal, High, Urgent) - Company now auto-populates based on the selected Responsible Enhancements - All existing fields and validation rules remain unchanged - Permissions respected — only authorized roles can create roadblocks - Fix: The count showing how many times a Roadblock has been rescheduled now displays correctly - Performance optimizations to make the Lookahead view load faster on iPad, improving both data retrieval and processing times These updates make Roadblock creation more complete, more accurate, and aligned with our new workflow across Outbuild.

Offline Progress in Lookahead You can now update task progress while offline. Changes are stored locally and automatically synced when you reconnect — ensuring no progress is lost on site. Parent Progress Recalculation (Offline) Parent tasks and activities now update instantly when you edit progress offline, keeping overall progress accurate even before syncing. Auto-Refresh After Sync After your offline updates sync, the app now reloads automatically to show the latest project data, including changes from other team members. Home Screen Fix We fixed an issue that caused sometimes the app to get stuck on the loading screen after login. Projects now load faster without getting stock
