Has helped understand the health of my vehicles, when my battery was wearing down and sure enough it died. Also when my daughters car broke down I was able to tell AAA what was needed to go to her aid and exactly where she was. It also helped me understand their driving habits and encourage them to do better. Just don't question where they go, just let them know it's a way to help them quickly when needed. That's what a parents duty is and this, for me, is part of the tools to do that .Get it!!!

Horrible customer service devices defective

I've bought seven of these GPS for my vehicles so you can only have five on one account. The two extras were replacements because the device is stopped working customer service won't give you a refund or a credit for the service. You've paid in advance finally after eight months, I was able to get an RMA and they sent me a new device by this time. I'd already purchased an extra device and I had five on my account, the device they sent for the RMA was brand new never activated. I kept it for 12 months until my previous subscription expired and then went to activate the new device and they would not let me because they said it had expired even though had a valid 12 month subscription had never been activated. They claimed it expires after 12 months whether you use it or activate it or not this doesn't make sense. I've bought many things on a subscription basis and if you don't activate the item the subscription it came withis valid activated

Used the first time on a car we bought for our grandson in place & active over a 6 year period until soon after he graduated from college. Purchased a new unit for another car we bought for use by our granddaughter just now learning to drive. My family has five members, and we own 5 separate vehicles. I bought 5 separate Vyncs Basic devices to track our vehicles. I have been a customer of this brand for years. Sure, their services sometimes get spotty, but in the end, at this price, when my requirement is basic vehicle tracking, I don't think there is any other GPS tracker brand in the market that can compete with Vyncs!
