The App Tracking Transparency prompt now appears reliably on a fresh install. The previous build requested authorization once after a fixed delay, which could be silently dropped if another system alert was on screen — this is what prevented the prompt from appearing on iPadOS. The request now waits until the app can actually present, retries if the prompt did not appear, and all advertising SDKs (AdMob with Unity/Meta mediation, Meta Audience Network) initialize only after ATT resolves. Verified on a physical device from a fresh install: the tracking prompt appears before any tracking-capable SDK initializes.
