• Account information: account balances, last payments, and transfers are available as soon as you log in. Transactions of your deposit accounts and credit cards are easier to identify. You will also be able to view your deposits, payments, and transfers history.
• Payments and transfers: Pay your bills, credit cards, and loans. Transfer money between your accounts and to other FirstBank accounts.
• Services and features: You can make stop payments, request check copies and account statements, set up travel notifications, reorder checks, cancel debit cards, request auto letters, and much more.
• Push Notifications: Configure to start receiving push notifications through the Settings option.
• The quick actions feature makes it easy and faster to access frequent actions such as Transfers, Credit card payments, and branches and ATMs locator.
• Security: You can change your PIN, password, security question and answer, plus activate the Touch ID and Face ID features for added security.

The app support link is not working, it gives a “page not found” error. Also, why is the Touch ID feature not available in the app? It is very annoying to type password and pin everytime.

This app has serious limitations in the information you need to see. Either is not readily available or it is difficult to know how. Recently I had 2 different questions about the app and the customer service on the phone didn’t know the information I needed. Not even at the bank they were able to explain a charge and find another transaction I was looking for. You can’t request the transactions for a period of time. You can’t add information to the transaction. To further complicate the process, the same transaction could show up; then move to another section and finally shows on another place or report. I use apps from 3 banks and this one is the worst.

For the last four months, I have been blocked out of the payment site every time I tried to use it to pay my lease. I called customer service and support at various times and I had to spend lots of time changing my password and/or my email to be let in. The iPhone version of the app did not allow me to change the date of my payment to a specific date. I cannot set up to make my payment from another account without having to go through many steps and I can’t issue payments from my other banks or accounts. For reference use First Tech credit union, I can make transfers and payments from and to various accounts, but not to First Bank. I assure you, once I finish paying off this lease, I would never do business again with First Bank.
Removed the forgot password feature

Many aspects have been improved over the previous app but for some reason the “Forgot Password” option is nowhere to be found! You can answer security questions to unblock your account but as of now you cannot reset your account password from the app, an option which the previous version had. Why was it removed? Now we all have to go call a representative to reset passwords.
