Most drivers cannot understand basic instructions on where to leave the order. Deliveroo wins with driver quality. I suggest testing the drivers with language and delivery skills and not hire them unless they pass. Ask them to place the order in a certain place like elevator and you will see. They will call you and after clear instructions will call you again 5 times because they dont understand. They usually say we are new sorry. Why hire unqualified drivers? Switching to Deliveroo until you fix this problem

Almost ALWAYS late. When you click on the restaurant it tells you that you’ll get your order in maximum 30 min something… but when you pay and order.. it tells you that the estimated time for the delivery is 2 hours to 2:30 hours! So funny! After paying you find out about that, and? There’s no driver number or cari employee number to contact. They let you contact the restaurant itself which Always says that the issue isn’t from them and that the order is ready and it’s the cari driver that didn’t get to the restaurant yet! I once contacted cari support..they told me it’s on the restaurant that the order isn’t ready but the restaurant assured me it’s ready and the driver didn’t take it yet. I also was a subscriber to the 6 months deal. At first it was for real you get free delivery..but then they changed that all of a sudden..to become if you don’t order with a certain amount of money you don’t get free delivery! Yeah! Amazing cari thank you for not letting me know about that before I pay for the subscription! Anyway im sorry to say this app really really disappointed me and i’ll stop using it. No one wants cold and late food every time they order in addition to never getting an apology or refund for being late.

I’m seriously fed up with your app. The service is terrible, and your customer support is useless. Every time I try to get help, I’m either ignored, given a copy-paste response that solves nothing, or left waiting forever.What really pushes me over the edge is the constant delays. My orders are always late by at least two full hours—every single time. This isn’t just a small inconvenience; it’s unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for your customers’ time.You’ve had more than enough chances to fix these issues, yet nothing has improved. If you don’t take this seriously and start delivering on time, don’t be surprised when people completely stop using your app

I have placed 3 orders and after i paid, cari called me after about 10-15 minutes to tell me that my order was not available because the store is closed, and another reason was because the “cari machine” was not available at the other store. This is a waste of time and i am not sure why this happened only when i used my cashback voucher. I don’t trust them with offers, specially. They used to be reliable. Not anymore. Much better apps out there to use and rely on than cari.
