I am a huge fan of the Chosen and I am grateful it exists! I think everyone should watch it! However, since they changed to the new app, it is now the worst experience. I had no problems the first three seasons but season 4 has been nothing but a headache. First of all you need to have a log-in in order to watch it. This is quite normal but on this app it was not easy. The first time around this was a huge pain, not user friendly, and cumbersome. Now that I am trying to watch the show months later, the app wouldn’t recognize my info, I only have 1 email address so I know the issue was not me lol. So I had to create another account. Next, watching the episodes is so weird. It’s like the settings are off. When trying to backup a little, it skips large periods and you cannot stop it! The app literally crashed when I tried to press play to get the rewind to stop. I was rewatching the season, finished episode 2 and the next episode automatically played. While that sounds normal, it was actually episode 7 that started to play, not episode 3! The app I have on my phone is great. The same app when used on the tv is the absolute worst.
