Getting started is simple. Create a group and share your unique group credentials with the individuals you wish to include. Once connected, their session data from supported SweetWater Health apps will appear in your dashboard for easy review.
The Professional HRV dashboard provides a centralized view of session activity from apps such as SweetBeat HRV, Metabolic Harmony, DailyBeat, PrimalBeat, Recover Faster, and NatureBeat. This allows you to stay informed on trends and engagement across your group without requiring direct device interaction.
Professional HRV is designed for simplicity and flexibility:

Professional HRV does not collect or store physiological data directly. Instead, it presents session information generated by connected SweetWater Health apps in a clear and convenient format for viewing and analysis.
When creating your account, you’ll define a unique group name and member key. These credentials are used by participants to join your group, ensuring that their session data is visible only within your designated group environment.
