Pros:Finally can SGP (albeit limited) Interface is more up to date like the rest of the major apps. Seems to give results faster vs the old app The cons:Can’t SGP outside of the SGP section. SGP section options; especially in player options are very limited and often the numbers come in way late. App refreshes randomly. This is frustrating when you are building an SGP. All the “pre ticket “ info gets lost.If you want to replay a SGP; you cannot use tue replay button and the ticket will stay in your que. You’ll have to reset the app to make it go away. The loading bar for bets is WAY too slow; it’s too slow for moving lines in live play. Has happened several times where the odds or bet closed while the status bar was moving. Even with accept all odds ticked. Cannot place bets between 2-6amCannot view any places bets if you are outside of Nevada. At least make it read only so we can see what action is going on that’s already been ticketed.

Live betting is horrible. Games will be locked for 5 -15 minutes. There has been multiple times where they locked all live betting for hours, due to a system wide glitch. If you are an amateur bettor, this app is fine. However, if you are a regular sports bettor and live bet games. Many other sports books are better. Caesar’s is by far the best, with MGM #2 ( although bad customer service)When you bet on games with the expectation to live bet as the game goes on and it does not allow you or ( their system is down) it ruins your betting strategy. Lastly you can only do same game parlays on one specific game, which has worse odds and payouts compared to other books. you are only allowed to do same game parlays under a specific tab and all bets in the parlay must be on the same game. EXAMPLE You cannot parlay 2 bets on Game A, and and 1 Bet on game B. Every other book allows you to do so, with different odds , alternate spreads and cash out features. The combination of poor live betting and limited options of betting combinations, promotional bets /free play based on play and many other things make this Sportsbook below average at best. If you occasionally place a bet, it is fine. But if you are a frequent bettor, the app is far behind its competitors which is why many people switch to other books and why you see the rating it deserves. Thanks,

The app has definitely been improved. I do think Caesar’s offers better opportunities to win. MGM is fine, however their customer service stinks.I highly recommend that you don’t use this app for live bets. Extremely slow and a lot of times doesn’t allow your bet. And if you like chasing a bet never use this app, they will cut you off and you can’t make your money back. Trust me you will definitely feel as though you have been cheated, because in all reality you have. Don’t trust their limits if you are chasing a bet or you might find yourself on the phone with gaming. So in all, the app is better. Use any other app to chase a bet and forget live play. If live play was better I would close my other accounts. I hope this helps.

This app is so bad, I use it only for horse racing so it’s all from that perspective. 1. Excessive Logging out. My banking app doesn’t log out this much. My phone is protected and I keep an eye on it. Give an option to stay logged in, or just stay logged in longer. 2. Ticket building, this is related to #1, you take the time building a big ticket and then go to submit it. You missed the fact that it logged you out, and instead of logging you in a placing the bet it clears it out and you have to do it again. Ridiculous. 3. The results screen for your ticket is not useful. When betting a multi-leg ticket it will only show you the first leg of the race. You can’t see the whole ticket results. 4. Race results don’t show you the payouts for anything. Win, Exactas…. Nothing. 5. Placing a bet, there is a bug when you get to the final screen and want to adjust the bet amount if you touch anything it will just place a bet for you so you end up with a $1 bet or minimum bet. So if you forget to adjust it on the race screen you have to go back adjust it to one of the preset options and then make the bet. 6. This is probably a casino or gaming policy not an app issue but because of #5 it would be nice to be able to cancel a ticket before post time because of so many times a bet gets placed erroneously. This app feels undercooked and just thrown together. I hope they take the inputs and improve this because if another one opens up for horse racing in Nevada I will jump on it.Edit: In order to be fair, I did discover you can see the payouts in the results screen by swiping the results. However, a better UI would have mad that clear. There is nothing on that screen that would indicate you can swipe there. Some dots, an arrow, anything would be nice.
