iPerfman Pro helps you measure network performance between your device and a compatible iperf3 server. Run TCP or UDP tests on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with no daily test limit or subscription in this paid app. Measure and investigate: - Test upload, download or both directions; view each direction's results separately. - Follow throughput in live charts. View UDP jitter and packet loss, TCP retransmissions, and round-trip time when those measurements are available. - Set test duration, parallel streams, bitrate limits, DSCP/QoS markings and other iperf3 parameters. - Run a server and choose a specific IPv4/IPv6 interface or listen on all interfaces. - Save completed tests with their configuration and interval results. Rerun a test, compare two records or share a report without exporting authentication secrets. - Keep server presets and export logs for further analysis. iPerfman Pro uses iperf3 3.21 through IperfSwift. A compatible server or second device is required for a network test; this is not an internet speed-test service. The Apple TV app uses a separate interface and has a different feature set. Best app for testing with iPerf3

I have been using iPerf3 for more than 7 years, on various platforms like mobile phone, tablet, laptops, etc.. I have tried all the popular apps on this app store and even coresponded with developers of some of these apps. Eventually, all of those apps stopped updating the included iPerf3 libraries and are now very outdated. I very much appreciate that developer of this app current with new relases of iPerf3. I have been using ths app for almost 2 years now. After trying all the other apps, this was the only app that was worth paying for.

Minimalist iPerf App for all apple devices

I bought this app because it available on all Apple devices which was important for me. It works well for most basic/common usages but it's lacking some of the power user configurations and some ease of life feature.1. I would love to be able to be able to use iPerf3 Public Keys/Private keys for server/clients as some of my servers are not public2. I would love all the apps to have favorites tests available across devices using iCloud sync. Indeed, a lot of my tests are made from the Apple TV and inputing stuff is kinda of a hassle, if I could save my most used servers and then just have to pick those predefined tests that would be great

Great Network Utility

I had a little trouble getting started because I had not used iPerf before, but I e-mailed the dev and he came back with some very useful information in less than 24 hours. I was able to successfully complete upload and download tests using my iPad Pro and with two M1 Mac Mini machines on either end of the MOCA network I recently installed. It works, there are no ads or nag screens - at this price just get it if you need it.

Nice UI and get the jobs done

It's functioning well and simple if you're fed up with the command line and just want to simply check your speed with the server. I got a question on some options and the developer was quick to respond to my inquiries.

Version 2.0 adds saved test history: rerun a configuration, compare two tests, and share a report. TCP and UDP tests can now run in both directions, with separate results for each direction. New DSCP/QoS controls and IPv4/IPv6 server-binding options give you more control over your tests. The iPhone, iPad and Mac layouts have been refreshed, and live charts and results are more responsive. New configurations now default to upload with one parallel stream, matching iperf3; saved configurations keep their settings. This update includes iperf3 3.21 and OpenSSL 4.0.1.
