I like it, but I have questions? I just wish they had a question answer page. Like want to know how many family members can use the app on their phones? How do I get notifications on all phones, how does the speaker system work. I have a hard time seeing, so I would like a video please. Thank you
App has too many bugs.

I just installed my doorbell camera and downloaded this app and got it all set up. I have been trying for a couple days to change the live feed setting, but all I keep getting is “request timeout”. I’ve also tried changing the ringtone settings, I get the same error. I’ve closed out the app and reloaded, same error. I’ve even deleted the app completely and redownloaded it, still the same error. And there doesn’t seem to be any kind of help section or “contact us” section to get this resolved. I even tried “reporting a problem” through the App Store here but because it’s a free app, it refuses to move past the “what would you like to do” question. How do I fix this?? I just want to be able to change my settings at will.

Honestly this has been the hardest camera to connect. I did and then after a couple minutes or you walk away from it seems like the camera and phone aren’t connected anymore. Reconnecting took forever and it happened again. Also there’s a firmware update and I CAN NOT UPDATE IT KEEPS TIMING OUT. Can you guys actually help please rather than not care? Oh also the app is sooo slow omg how does this have high stars?? Seriously I’m waiting and waiting for this app to move and I want to update the firmware hoping for an improvement it can’t. So disappointed as I wanted this to work.

1. The digital number of the time at the left top of the screen can’t be showed clearly during the day time as the background is too bright, but if in the night, as the background is dark, it is OK. 2. When clicked “sd card record”, the events showed at the history vertical bar with red color. If moving to a time, for example, trying to see the event at 16:02:05, the screen showed up, and the time at left top was moving, however, the point at vertical bar didn’t move, always kept at 16:02:05.
