Unfortunately, I can’t. I purchased this with the intent to play asynchronously with my partner. The game has required me to create a new account to play and resetting my password has resulted in errors from their website. I’ve contacted their customer service repeatedly over a couple months and they are completely useless in even the most basic of help. Customer service that should have been taken care of overnight has taken months and still hasn’t been fixed. Avoid unless you simply want to play against the AI.In response to Acram’s response - Stop lying to me. This isn’t a priority at all I am utterly out of patience and even publicly calling you out here in the App Store has gotten the same facile non-response you’ve given me time and time again. You have no intention of fixing this because if you had that intention it would have been done by now. It’s simple. Delete my prior account and let me create a new one. It’s not hard. You even said so when I texted your company. Did you do that? Of course not. Buyer beware.
