So I don't think about the saved by the contract where it not find out search but gone plus add.

Keeps crashing, no chat feature

Just when I thought this app couldn’t get any worse. Now the desktop app doesn’t even have the chat feature. I rely on that feature pretty heavily because some interpreters don’t understand sign language well. I consider the lack of a chat feature an accessibility issue. I brought this up with one of Convo’s customer service reps and they couldn’t care less. I’ll have to find another VRS solution because this app is practically unusable.

Huge improvement than the Convo VRS (legacy) app. I can now confidently rely on new app to make calls without worrying about video quality or dropping connection. Love the interpreters and their quality! Truly looking forward to what and how the app improves over time!

This app is fantastic for the deaf community. However, I would appreciate it if they could add a feature that allows users to block and screen calls from scammers and do not disturb me. Overall, I really like this app.

Stay in the call — fixed a rare issue that could cause calls to drop. Fixed an isolated issue where the self-view setting could reset unexpectedly. Fixed an occasional issue where redialing or calling from contacts could fail.
