This is the one VPN service I have been waiting for. A service that relates to the apps you want to use it with.However only 4 out 5 because the price model is terribly - so I have not signed up.There only a yearly or a weekly offer - I want a monthly offer - also to ensure I can drop out if it suddenly does not perform.The weekly price is very steep with $4.99 a week. Forget it.Please add montly subscription.

Since I work onboard a cruiseship we travel to so many different destinations and everytime I open my Netflix account I find different shows. Sometimes I would have been enjoying a certain show then find it has vanished because I have changed locations. With SafeShell, I am able to go back to that location and continue to enjoy my shows. I love that it can stays connected for weeks without disconnecting to from a server and provide seamless experience.
VPN only works when on home WiFi

As mentioned in the title, the SafeShell VPN only works when used on home WiFi. It is not possible to establish a VPN while on the road using my T-Mobile service. In fact, my entire iphone stops having Internet Service when I start SafeShell VPN even if I only use it in App Mode. Here is the answer from their technical support team:Hey, my friend, upon checking, we found that the issue is likely due to temporary incompatibility with IPv6. Please try connecting using a different network. Meanwhile, our technical team is working on developing IPv6 compatibility, and I will keep you updated on the progress!

Dear user, you can try switching to another server location in Switzerland and restart the app requiring the VPN once the connection is successful. Additionally, as different apps may have varying responses to VPN usage, there might be cases where restrictions cannot be bypassed. Worst VPN server and pathetic after sales service.

I bought an Apple Vision Pro, and for that purposes, I took the subscription. Each time when I tried to activate the subscription it says restore subscription. Multiple times I’ve approached them and each time they have failed to address the query and the sole purpose for which I had purchased this VPN goes completely waste. It is quite disheartening that I’ve written multiple messages and they don’t respond properly to any of them. It feels like they just exploiting the customers by stating that the VPN works with Apple Vision Pro. Unfortunately, it has not been happening and I hope others are not facing the same hellish experience.
