so does it or doesn't it let users who are renewing sign in? you didn't answer. yes? no? please let me know! thank youis this also for those who already get benefits? or just to sign up? it gives two choices, a rep (which it earlier seems to doesn't do for representatives...?) and the other choice is "i'm signing up for benefits" i have them already. your app store copy says it's also for keeping track of stuff but i'm unsure if that's true because of the app not mentioning that at all. lest i somehow screw things up by making a needless *new* account and, god forbid, it thinks i'm tryna double dip or something and i get sanctioned (!) i'm scared to continue. i'm deleting it now, but i will check back in a month or so because it would indeed be super convenient to check on everything thru one app.

FINALLY, we are getting caught up with the times as far as the benefits enrollment process goes. This app is SO helpful, and user friendly! I was able to apply, update, and upload necessary documents directly to the application. At one point I was having a phone interview for SNAP benefits and was able to take a photo from my iPhone of my ID and additional documents all while remaining in the line! The agent was able to let me know my first photo was too small/blurry and I was able to retake and make sure everything needed was received. I was approved right then. No waiting. Additionally, I love the inbox feature in the app! This feature gives you copies of documents you also get via USPS. So not waiting a week or more on updates via mail. If other information is needed from you, you know right away and can get it sent over! You can also save documents received which also comes in handy if you need proof of benefits for other assistance options (discounted utilities, internet, passes). I also applied for health benefits seamlessly via this app and uploaded all required documentation using this app! This phone app is awesome and makes a sometimes tedious process much more efficient and easier for people and families in need of important resources in a timely manner! I have yet to run into any issues using this app! 100% recommended!

Update: issue has been fixed !I can’t seem to update the app, I’m being sent here when I click the update now button in the app and I see the 3.0 notes of what was in the update but I can find an option to download said update. I went to my App Store profile and looked at my list of pending app updates to try and do it manually but Oregon One isn’t there. I don’t know if something is wrong or if I’m missing something obvious, please help.

I’m not sure why but this application seems to never work. Half the time I try to access the app it says that it needs to be updated. But once you update it and open the app back up it says it still needs to update! And it won’t let you use ANYTHING until the app is ‘updated’ even though it already is. Not to mention actually applying for an application. It’s strangely tedious. I had to go to someone to help get it set up…
