Updated review from a 0 to a 4. Because if I want to see my daily history it will not show it to me on the phone it takes me back to the very first call ever on the app otherwise it’s a solid app! For that I’m very pleased!
I’ve been using FieldEdge for four years

Finally upgraded to the 2.0 version of the app. 100% worth it I hated the first version as every time you search for anything to add to the invoice would give you every item but what you were looking for. Sometimes it would take longer to close out of a dispatch then I actually spent on a job. The 2.0 version of the app works much much better and the search function actually works! I hope they continue to update and improve the app and search function. At first, I wish we had switched software, but this app seems to be everything the first one wasn’t. If they keep up the work they’re doing I will definitely give this 5 stars!

Field edge basic stinks

I have field edge basic that allows me to clock in and out. I able to do that, but when I view my hours for the week it is never accurate. Often times I’ve been working for 100 hours plus for the week. I have to keep track on paper and pencil of my hours for the week.
Customers set up as Bill From Office now show a clear indicator, so technicians know before they start that the office will handle billing. For these customers, the app follows your office's billing workflow: prices are hidden, and payment collection is turned off. This app update also includes bug fixes. Stay tuned for more updates coming next week!
