I’ve been with the program now for 2.5 months and have felt very supported by the great team of practitioners each and every day. I’m learning a lot about how food can help balance my system. My body is slowly adjusting to the dietary changes and I am feeling more energetic, with lesser migraine and discomfort symptoms overall.
