With STAR, anyone can measure how quickly their car accelerates. Time how long your car takes to reach a certain speed, or how long it takes to cover a set distance such as the quarter mile — all using nothing but your phone.
Configure your runs safely at a standstill, and with rolling starts the app automatically detects the moment you pull away and begins measuring for you. You can even run multiple measurements at the same time.
Every result is stored locally on your iPhone so you can revisit it later — no data is ever transmitted to us. Each run comes with analysis tools like graphs, top and average speed, a map of the route you drove, and more.

I’ve done it every which way. It successfully measures my 0-60 once. Now it says it will but just never does anything useful. Not enough user interface to even try do anything different. The developer is not good at developing

I love how you can add the speeds that you want to test but there isn’t a start stop button.

Hi there! There is :) If you don't enable "Rolling Start" your measurements will have a "Start" button you can use to start the measurement. When "Rolling Start" is enabled, however (which is the default), measurements will not have such a button. Instead, they will automatically start once you reach the configured starting speed. If you configure 0 mph as the starting speed, the measurement will automatically start as soon as movement is detected. I hope that clears things up!
