Due to the current situation, I was looking for an app to transfer money to Russia when my search reached to “SendNow”. The registration and entering the were straight forward. Even when used my Credit Card the amount was deducted as any other transaction. The issue I have faced that there is another step not mentioned in the instructions. The step involves registering in another payment site called “Asvcash”. Since I was not informed, I have ignored that email and I thought it’s a hack attempt. It took me 24 hours to inquire with SendNow as I was thinking it’s the time it will take the transaction to take place. I have spent more than 3 hours online just till it got sorted. I really hope that the step will be added at the instructions to avoid such incidents. Hence, I gave 4 stars out of 5 😉

I wanted to say thank you for creating such app, current situation isn’t ideal, we all know that, so it forces us to find ways to still support our loved ones somehow. Me and my husband tried this service for the first time to send from US to Russia. We were scared that I won’t work, BUT the customer service was beyond supportive despite my attitude towards them (I was worried about them saying they didn’t get a payment yet when my husbands bank said it has been sent). They handled it perfectly, from USA to Russia we were able to send $100 to test it out. It took just about 4 days for my mom to receive it.Please remember that bank takes fees and SWIFT too, it is not their fault, it is just what it is for international transfers. Банк мужа подтверждал платеж, звонил и уточнял. Поддержка через WhatsApp, никаких роботов, только реальные люди, которым можно объяснить и задать уточняющие вопросы. Если что-то не понятно вам, пишите в поддержку перед тем, как отправить, чтобы уточнить все вопросы. Огромное человеческое спасибо, мы теперь постоянные клиенты!

My father and I are trying to transfer money from the U.S. to Russia. He is trying to send money to me but we are first time users. Is it correct that he must send a smaller amount first, and then can send more money later on? I ask because he tried to send money to me, yet it was more than the recommended amount as a first time transfer. Is it true that he needs to send a smaller amount first (around $25) before sending more? Because the transfer is being blocked each time. Otherwise than that, this app is very helpful for other people here.

Just received my second wire transfer, but for a much larger sum, and it took two business days to receive the money in my Russian bank account. The second attempt went without any problems and I didn’t need to contact customer services. I let them do their thing and it went smoothly. The process is easy to follow as long as you do as they direct you to do when creating the wire transfer or any other form of exchange.Crypto, debit card, or wire transfers are all different and depending on which method you choose, you need to pay attention to their procedure that is clearly posted on the website.In my opinion they deserve 5 stars because I’ve found no issues with the service.
