This programme is available for residents in Singapore with a SingPass account, aged 15 years old or older. LumiHealth integrates with the Health app and uses HealthKit to personalise goals and challenges.

With so many negative reviews, the custodian needs to reflect on what they want to achieve from this app. Or it is just to spent the money and clear available budget. The first version even though simple but functional. Since the upgrade I believe it has lost its majority audience. Sad it see it reaching to such a stage with poor reviews yet no improvement.
Workout not synced

Since the recent update, LumiHealth did not sync my workout. It is able to capture the 3 goals and my Activity App is working. The devices have been turned on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled but still did not work.
Coins Expire Without Warning

I received a notification today, saying that my coins expire today and I should redeem them. I immediately logged into the app, but the coins have already expired. I emailed HPB about it, they claimed “Please be informed that you received three notifications regarding your expiring coins: one 14 days before the expiration, another 7 days before, and a final notification on the day the rewards expire.”I replied that I only received the last notification, and only AFTER THE COINS EXPIRED, and HPB stopped replying me. Please don’t waste your time with this app. Unlike Healthy365 where everyone is participating and there is a higher level of scrutiny, LumiHealth will just expire your coins without warning so HPB don’t have to pay out the rewards they promised.
Workout is not reflected in app

Since the 25 Jan 2025 update, the workout I do is not reflected in the app. It was previously working very well. Please fix it ASAP
LumiHealth will conclude on 31 May 2026.
Existing users can redeem their earned coins and convert them to eVouchers until 30 April 2026, and spend the eVouchers until they expire or by 31 May 2026, whichever comes first. New users are no longer being accepted.
