I cannot recommend Chapka at all. They will do everything possible to avoid paying your claim, even if it is clearly covered by your policy and the amount is as small as $40! Make sure to read the reviews before purchasing from them. You’re much better off with HeyMondo or Iati Insurance.* Also noting that Richard Lam from the compensation department should learn how to interact with customers more respectfully.
