Free 4-7-8 and box breathing exercises.
Simple guided breathing. Just breathe.
Now Birch also brings your breathing and daily habits together. Track a few things that matter - drink water, take vitamins, read, fast, walk, meditate, or create your own - and log them in one tap.
Birch makes guided breathing simple, beautiful, and easy to return to. Choose a breathing pattern, set a time or number of cycles, and follow the visual guide as you breathe, hold, and exhale. Use Birch to slow down before sleep, reset during a stressful day, or take a quiet minute for yourself.

Like the old version better
OCMama1
I really enjoyed this app before the update. It has a vibration feature that allows you to close your eyes and relax during the 4-7-8 breathwork. The vibration was the alert to switch between inhale-hold-exhale. With the new update, there is no vibration between exhale and inhale, thereby forcing you to have to watch the app so you don’t miss the transition. Wish they would switch it back to include the vibration between those two modes which allows you to close your eyes and still be on count.
Developer Response
Oh no. Its my mistake. I will add the vibration back when the cycle is complete on the next update.
Great Little app
Remnant of the Abyss
This app is a No Frills, simple app to use. It has 6 choices for exercise, and a calendar to keep track. It does the job.
Simple, ad free.

No bells or whistles, simple way to help focus while using this breathing method. I find it helpful from time to time. Only gripe is it counts backwards whereas I count forwards. Is that a setting somewhere? I’ll have to check.
Developer Response
Yup I can add that feature in the next update.
Small polish for everyday use.
Birch still stays free with no ads, no paywall, and no account. Breathing and habits remain the focus.
