Your Monza will weigh the laundry in front of you, then using our app. you’ll verify the weight. The exact cost of your laundry is instantly calculated & confirmed. There are no hidden fees.
Do I need to complete a long laundry list?
No. Simply place your laundry in a bag and the Monza will weigh it in front of you at hand over. Within our app you have the option to list and/or photograph your laundry items as a personal record.
Can I talk with my Monza?
Yes. You can leave written instructions or contact the MONZA via call or messaging within our app. You can also talk to the Monza directly when they weigh your laundry at the start of your job.
Can I track the Monza on their way to picking up my laundry?
