So far so good with this sweet little printer. Easy to set up, recognized by iPhone 17 pro max instantly. I’m not real certain where to obtain more paper locally but it has gotten me out of a tight spot when I didn’t have access to a network printer to issue an invoice. The only downside is not having a safer way to keep the paper inside the tiny thing without paper jam concerns, quantity, etc. but it does a heck of a job!! The appp seems simple to follow but I’m not exactly doing anything complicated with it. I just hope it last because it comes in handy.

used with a POLONO D810 thermal printer and the results were super fast if u have the same thermal printer it will not bluetooth connect for some reason if it’s still charging maybe it was an issue of the printer not being charged and barely having any charge in it i should’ve waited longer before i started but the Labelnize app made the process pretty quick and easy if ur a college/university student u might be familiar with their WEPA printing system the app works the same way but with so many more printing options!

[P21] Super satisfied with the printer overall. I remember the days of setting up my large printer for small print jobs. Everything worked fine. Then came the updates…I appreciate when there are tech issues that are taken care of, but it feels like the updates have been primarily to take away options. After 2 updates options that were accessible are now ‘VIP’. It feels as if customers purchased the printer but it isn’t enough. The application that must be used for the product is now another open opportunity to upsell customers. I think it’s a great printer it’s the ethics behind software updates that is a concern.

I also have the older style label makers and I now feel like they are completely obsolete compared to what the P31S can do! Seamlessly connected to iPhone WiFi after app install. Label roll is super easy to load. Clean sharp cuts and ink dries instantly! I absolutely recommend this item and happily give it five stars for price, ease of install and use of app, fast shipping, compact size, iPhone compatibility, ease of Bluetooth connectivity, etc!! No negatives that I can foresee!!
