EDIT: The developer restored the ability to save cropping presets. This is now a 5-star review, as it is hands down the most plug-and-play and intuitive label printing app.NOTE TO DEVELOPER(S): Bonus points for making the app load the last used cropping preset every time the app is started, so the saved preset does not have to be selected for each individual label and is remembered between loading each label.The vast majority of users will use the same shipping company for each label and rarely switch between label presets; thus, remembering the last used cropping preset would save most users several extra clicks when printing each label.Overall, very well done on making such a simple and intuitive printing app 👍

While it does kind of print I got this to make labels as it would save me time and money. But, unfortunately the advertised free list of label choices with added diy touches was pretty much fabricated. So I opted to use the basic included kid stuff to test out my labels not only did it sometime not print anything when it did it wasn’t Cali g the sticker image to fit the paper even with me inputting a caution size. A basis 2x2 round label with the bird sticker option would print the bird but leave off the word “bird” which was supposed to be printed at the bottom of the image. Instead I would get it half running over into the next sticker paper and then it would just stop printing all together. This is supposed to be a brand new printer just unboxed and I’m already having these issues. I loved the ideas of it and the color is super cute but I’m thinking my best bet would be returning it. Especially since there is a a subscription to get any decent images but yet they can’t even print the basic ones correctly, to say I’m disappointed would be and understatement:

This app is great, well I should say it was great. They recently updated it and now all of my saved label sizes are erased and I can no longer use the size I needed most. They must’ve changed or added a range of sizes it can be for labels because this has never happened before and I was really depending on this to work for an upcoming project. I’m stuck with no way to make my labels now. I reached out and customer service is a joke, it’s basically nonexistent. You cannot communicate through the app and the printer itself tells you to download WhatsApp to get help, so I did. I messaged them and told them my issue and they responded with a possible resolution, but when I told them that didn’t help my problem, they were unprofessional and said “label expert try that”, I’m not sure what that even is or means. I don’t want to give up on this printer or app but i feel I might have to due to this terrible update.

This is by far the best app and label printer I’ve ever owned were used! Works seamlessly you can make your own labels and design your own labels. You make stickers just a little bit of everything that you wanna do with this thing and it does it I was probably amazed by the accuracy and how will it actually functions and works like it’s supposed to not every day to go across that very rarely anymore, but I do highly recommend the app and the printer love it.
