Unable to use with iPad

I have been unable to use this on my iPad because when I open the app the whole page does not show and I cannot see below the terms and privacy part to accept and start using the app. It is not sized correctly to be able to see the whole page on the iPad. Also, on my iPhone, I cannot see all of the settings because of the sizing of the page. I cannot choose dithering because it is to the right side off of the page where it cannot be seen. This happened after the October update.

This app is genuinely solid.

Super solid app and my go to for label printing right now with my label range. Better than Rekdom in my eyes. Although, most bad reviews seem to be from a year+ ago and I just started using my label range the past 3 days along with this app. So far it’s been simply and user friendly. I do think their should be some tutorial section as for older folks this may be harder to get used to, but no way in heck does this app deserve such a low rating. 5 stars from me so far.

Stop updating when it’s working fine!

When I bought this printer, app worked flawlessly. Then every time they updated app, I had more and more issues. Inverted color printing, barcode lines too dark/not reading properly, can’t manually crop labels anymore, had to manually lower darkness levels to get barcodes to read properly, then finally had to put it in dither mode for bar codes to read. There’s a saying in the US, “ Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken !”
