I had previously been using Closetmate, but when I switched to Posh Sidekick, my sales really took off. I have around 850 listings on Poshmark, and I was doing a sale or maybe two before, but now I am consistently making 2-4 per day. Last night I did five, and it was a Monday night! I suspect the option to relist old item has made all the difference. I use List Perfectly, so I was concerned that the new listings wouldn't be connected to List Perfectly. They are not, but it doesn't end up mattering very much, as I just go directly to Poshmark, find the listing, and end it (when it sells on another site). I also appreciate that I can choose not to send offers on listings where I am making less than a certain amount of money, which was not an option with Closetmate. I also like that you can unfollow people, although I don't really use that feature at this time. I am a real seller, and I was not paid or given anything to write this revew. I never review anything but I felt like I owed the makers of this app the review, because it is actually better than what I was using before, and I appreciate all the options. Thanks!!

During the initial sign up (link from referral) I gave proof of my cancellation (wishing I hadn’t) for my previous share service, and was told that they need to verify before I’m accepted for a trial offer. I waited what I thought was an appropriate amount of time, never heard back, so I emailed them directly from my email and I received a response telling me they did not receive that and to sign up using links provided. I did and I wish I didn’t. When in app, Linking accounts doesn’t work, when asking for help on chat, your message disappears, your prompted to start over and write an email instead (I did, no response) I still have not heard back regarding this issue. I wanted to like this so bad but I’m not having any luck with it

This app after a year of using it has created far more issues than accommodations for my closet. Extremely disappointed in the duplicated listings if created without my knowledge causing me to lose out on bundled sales as well as having to cancel other individual items bc they had already been sold. A number of items also were not included in the automated offers to likes even though they met my minimum sale amount. Used this for over a year and would have cancelled sooner but did not recognize the duplicate closet listings until a couple items sold twice despite only having one item available, I thought it was an error if my own but noticed over ten instances where this was problematic. Customer service attempted to help me but were unwilling to refund any of my monthly subscription purchases because it’s their policy- I would have never signed up had I known their policy included messing up my closet and causing me a loss in sales. I don’t usually leave reviews but if I can save one other victim from wasting money, then I hope this is worth it.

I really wanted to love Posh Sidekick, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The app is buggy, inconsistent, and ends up causing more problems than it solves. It completely messed up my Poshmark closet—duplicate listings, items not delisted, and actions firing incorrectly. And instead of fixing the issue they sent emails saying it wasn’t their problem - turns out it was. A disgruntled employee sabotaged the software. Customer support says they’ll “get back to you,” but emails go unanswered for days. When you’re running a business and relying on a tool to work accurately, waiting days for a response just isn’t acceptable. There’s zero ownership or urgency to resolve issues, and the lack of communication leaves you stuck cleaning up their errors on your own time.Until they take responsibility, fix the glitches, and actually respond to customers in a timely manner, I can’t recommend this app. It creates more chaos than help.
