I ordered flowers for a family on her birthday and they not only did they not deliver on time, I tried reaching out to them as the order was not showing up on the app, but they had zero responses and no way to track my order.

Flowers were NEVER delivered and customer service wants me to pay 50% of original price to “retry” delivery. I’m not falling for it again and will report this scam to my credit card.
