Joyhub is a newer up promising a lot of functionalities that is sure to change the way you think of traditional remote controlled toys. The app control Bluetooth syncing works wonderfully and is very responsive when actively used. The UI is also visually pleasant and easy to navigate. As it is a newer app, the Bluetooth sharing, in app control all work amazingly. The social/ community aspects, although still in its infancy, receives updates that enhance the user experience and provides new features as the developer receives more feedback!

This is a classic case of a product that can be decent but the app for it is like trying to teach my mom how to use a firestick. I work as a UX and UI designer (user experience and user interface) and this app falls into one of the worst ones I’ve seen as far as utilizing your gadget. For one, it puts you through a Instagram like sign up process to create a user name and pick a profile photo as if I’m about to go chatting with other people on the about my purchases. To use the toy you have to watch music videos or use a “sound mode” that essentially picks up every sound and the toy just stays on. There’s no simple screen where you can toggle thru vibration modes or simply use it how you’d expect to with a simple remote, just terrible design. Asks for more private info than it needs to collect. Fix the app and your product could be better.

My husband and I love the app! He or I can be in separate rooms and know what the other is doing and control things! Say he is cooking dinner and knows I’m in the room playing he can control my toys from his phone while cooking dinner and I he! He enjoys the videos. We love the fact that we can make our own videos with this app! The more people who use the app and send in recommendations the better it will become! I look forward to being a longtime member myself!
Difficult to use with a partner

This app is confusing and doesn’t explain at all how to have your long distance partner connect to the toy. This was the whole reason I bought it, as a surprise for my girlfriend. And now we can’t figure out how to use it and there’s no guide to help us.In addition, there are AI features which is something I disagree with, and for some reason you can’t post nsfw photos in the community tab which makes no sense for an intimate toy app.UPDATE: I called customer support and the woman on the line was very helpful. She troubleshooted the problem and explained better how to use the app. I have increased my review because of the excellent customer support.
