Am I missing something with the new app? Where is the Bill Pay function - the ability to pay and/or cancel scheduled debtor payments? Where is the ability to view Bill Pay payment scheduling? I use online banking for those functions not necessary the feature to transfer funds or get notifications. Please help; overall app features look great but functionality seems to be lacking.

I have been with First Bank for close to 4 years! I believe and because of the alertness to the agents behind the scenes in the Fraud Department I’m always able to start an Investigation right away if a transaction doesn’t look right to me and plus the agents their give me a heads up if I just made a transaction at such and such for this amount and if I say no they block my card right away till I call them?, if I say Yes then they say try back with the transaction in a couple minutes? So everything is great to me at First bank for me! thanks to the workers there.

New app and new online banking

For those previous reviewers that said no notice was given perhaps they were not reading their email or checking snail mail. I received regular emails, snail mail and alerts when logging into my online banking for WEEKS advising of the changes and the dates the system would not be available. As with any upgrade one can expect hiccups when going live. I experienced a few but was rectified within a few hours. So far the new app is working perfectly fine and has several new helpful options.
Doesn’t Even Work

I’ve jumped through their hoops of 1) not having access to my account online for a whole weekend 2) signing up for the new system (which we should automatically be transferred over to, but instead: this??) 3) the fakeout of this supposedly happening a month ago and and then them postponing it. And now, the app just doesn’t load. I’m stuck with an error message on my homepage. Same thing happens on a browser. Restarting the app puts you back at the neverending loading screen after you put your login info in. For something as important as banking information, this really is unacceptable. It makes me worry about the security of our accounts, if their tech team isn’t even capable of this.
- Fix crashes on some users while doing money transfer between accounts
- Fix incorrect description of new card delivery time frame
- Fix card purchase limit default value being displayed incorrectly
- Other changes of adding ability to enhance performance and obtain debug information during deployment
