I only use this app because the state says we have to. It often loses my history or states there’s nothing there, even after I’ve just finished logging a client visit. I’ve had issues with it stating I am an inactive user. I end up having to delete app and reinstall, which erases my service history. Serving people is how I make a living. This is how I support my family. When the app doesn’t work, it affects my pay. When it does work, it’s actually pretty user friendly. Whenever there’s an update, things get changed around. For example, my client who is special needs had to verify the visit before the most recent update. Now the client no longer has to sign to verify. Now we have to choose if we are providing services at home or in the community. I provide both. We may go out into the community to the grocery, come back home and prepare a meal together as part of the services. Choosing both is not an option. Overall, this could be a great app if they can get the history issue fixed and maybe consult with people using the app to understand how we use it and what we need.

My paycheck is determined by this app as well as plenty of other people so you’d think they would try to update it and make it better but it seems like no one cares. 1. My check ins keep disappearing I’ve tried everything and they keep disappearing then when I come back after a day or two they appear but are doubled or tripled and by then I can’t even delete them they just stay there and I can’t start new ones until they are denied. I can’t check in or out. 2. They don’t let you save your clients Id number in the app so I’m having to constantly copy and paste it from notes. 3. Before when the app was working it would randomly glitch out while my client was signing there name and the signature would become unusable until i left the app and signed in again. 4. It doesn’t track properly for some reason it kept saying I was in Pennsylvania which is ironic considering this whole process was a way to track caregivers and make sure we’re doing our job. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. All these complaints and nothing has been done. “Performance and system enhancements” don’t be fooled because the only thing that seems to be changing in each update is the look the visual quality. Everyone seems to have the same problem routinely as I have read nearly every review dating to last year a whole year till now and the problems have not been solved.

For an app that is a necessity for work. Its absolutely horrible. I would rather go back to good ol pen and paper. The app doesn’t save clients so you have to always know their Medicaid numbers. Who has time to memorize those numbers? Every time you swipe out of the app it logs you out. Therefore you need to login each and every time. Which gets annoying very fast. If you forget your password and try to reset it, it sends you a temporary password which is great, but when you go to create a new one it wants you to put in your old password insofar to make a new one. Which does you no good when the whole reason to make a new one was because you forgot your old one. Lastly, on several occasions it has either not been able to find my client using their medicaid number or even find me. I got “user not active” for a week strait making me unable to login at all.

If I could give this app a zero I would. The app is extremely slow or freezes and closes on its own. It doesn’t always record my clock ins or clock outs showing I never clocked in or out or both. When I am asked for a screenshot of what its doing I can no longer provide it to my supervisor as that has been disabled in the settings and when I take a screenshot its now blank. Furthermore the gps is way off. The gps for this app is showing my location as being somewhere else when I’m with the scheduled individual. I am being requested to take a screenshot of my location from my personal gps/map every time I clock in and out because of the inaccuracy of this apps gps. This app needs a-lot of “bugs” worked out. I don’t recommend this app unless they fix the issues.
