First, check your car’s manufacturer for apps specific to your car. I installed this to check if there was anything this app offered that the Audi Connect app does not. The Audi Connect app offers far more info and control of my car than this app provides and I pay nothing for it.Also, why ask me to rate your app as soon as I open it the first time? That’s ridiculous and makes it feel scammy. This is the primary reason for the numerous low ratings to which you reply for people to contact you making it appear to readers that you’re taking some type of action on an app that is mostly incompatible. Next, why not provide a web page or info in the app indicating which cars are compatible instead of leading people to spend money trying to find out if their vehicle is supported? You could do better if you wanted to.

Paid the fee & ONLY after I did so THEN I was able to check my 2017 Ford Mustang and that IT WAS NOT a car I could use for this app. Let me be clear…..I could not check prior to paying for this application if my car was compatible. Spent 60-plus dollars only to find out my car is not eligible for this application. No money back & no use for my car. DNU or do not use this application unless you find someway to verify you car model and year is one that applies to this app program. The app is an easy way for the app owner to make money at the expense of a potential customer & then NOT refund your money and you cannot use the app. DO NOT BUY MOVE ALONG SEARCHING FOR ONE THAT IS COMPATIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT KNOW IT ON THIS SPECIFIC APP UNTIL YOU PAY THEM. And, YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN! Kinda think this app is tossing false advertising out there on the net and on I-phones app purchase program. DNU.

Why on earth would anyone bother waisting their time downloading an app that promises to do something this app won’t. You initial app indicates that the app will lock unlock and remote start. And yet there is no indication this app will start any car. The key fob icon is very misleading there are many apps that will do what your app suggest it will do an free versions that monitor the car stats for for free. If I could I would rate a negative 10 on this app I am not about to pay a monthly subscription fee for something other apps will do for free with out a subscription you app won’t even allow in the free version exactly what the app will do unless subscribed There for your app is misleading and I don’t recommend any one to download apps that require subscription just to see if certain features become available once subscribed. Cannot Connect

My 2022 Jeep uses UConnect and it looked like a more affordable option to Sirius XM Guardian. Since UConnect is already on my Jeep I assumed all was good but I first had to pay for the service to input the Jeep’s details. I should have just opted for the week subscription instead of the full year, but again I felt confident it would work. It didn’t. My Jeep could not connect to the app after I received a window telling me. I sent a message through the app two days ago to fix it it and still have not heard back. If my Jeep is not compatible then it should have said that from the get go. I wasted $99 on an app that doesn’t even function properly. How do I go about getting a refund??
