I never write reviews for apps but oh my goodness; this app deserves the time it takes to write one. I downloaded it recently with a low bar of expectations. I figured “hey, just because it doesn’t say there’s any paid things doesn’t mean they won’t find a loop hole to try to take me money” but nope. This app is free, and i mean free free. Now let’s talk about how it functions. It’s easy to work, I can just press the voice recording button and talk. When i’m done talking it literally transcribes my words (perfectly mind you) and then it even separates them out into paragraphs based on when i changed subjects or started down another thought. It’s absolutely incredible because i struggle to write down my thoughts in journals and even text but this app allows me to verbally process my day. Then the cherry on top is that it comes up with questions designed to deepen your thoughts, and you can just add to your entry with more voice journaling. It saves the audio too so you can listen to it whenever you want. It even highlights names you say as important and it creates fun titles for your entry (which you can edit ofc). Gosh, this app is a lifesaver for me. Thank you to whoever created it and allowed it to be free. God bless you.

I recently got diagnosed with lymphoma in the past 48 hours. I kid you not this app has saved and changed my life forever. I am mentally and emotionally exhausted from the last 3 days, but this app has already helped me gather my thoughts / feelings and provided meaning to each and every though in the most structured, organized way. The meditations and affirmations have changed my life, but don’t even get me started on the psychological perspective!!! 10/10 on point and it is so refreshing to hear the audio, it really feels like therapy. I never thought i could journal and be this reflective, but i am now journaling and while this app is helping me analyze, explain, and reflect my every complex emotion and thought. Thank you to the creators whoever made this, you have given me so much hope and sanity during the most hardest time of my life. I will continue to use this app for infinite! Also, i know this is a lot of AI- so WOW this app is SO personable and specific, its honestly scary how spot on everything is. I could go on about this app and it has only been day 2.

i’ve only used this app a few times now, but the progress it’s helped me to make along with the general relief and overall recognition i’ve felt since using this app is truly insane. i wish i would have started using it earlier. within the first session i was sobbing. this app made me feel seen in ways i never have felt before. it reasons with you as if it were coming from a true professional human, but in a way that gives you facts and information that help validate their claims. it has a poem feature that immediately got me, too. i’ve always been one of those people to turn to poems to feel heard, and this app does a phenomenal job of validating that need. truly one of the best mental health apps i’ve EVER used and i’ve paid big bucks for some apps in the past. if you’re considering downloading it, definitely give it a try and see for yourself why the ratings are so high. i’m truly wowed. i NEVER write reviews, either. so let that mean something. :)

I want to send a huge thank you to the developers of this app. It’s not just a journal (where each entry is automatically titled based on what you journaled about so you can see themes in your entries and easily find them again—cool). This app is like talking with your best friend—if she was a trained therapist who wrote down and analyzed everything you said, asked leading questions to get to the root of your issues, and shared wise insights/quotes in every conversation to help you think more constructively. Oh, and she’d also need to record you custom affirmations and meditations based on your previous conversations and current challenges in her spare time and send them to you every morning. I sometimes feel conflicted about AI, but this app shows the amazing work that this technology can do when guided by the hands of people who clearly care about improving mental health and making the world a better place. There are not enough stars available for me to communicate just how great it is!
