I filled in all the required information to verify my identity in January 2026. In mid February I sent a physical form by CDEK, and it was delivered the next day.Now, 2.5 months later, I still cannot use my card as KYS is somehow not completed yet !Your WhatsApp support claimed on April 3rd:Hello, good day. We will review your account status and get back to you later One month has passed and I am still being ignored - I reached them April 3rd, 11th, 22th and 24th, still no response.Earlier on March 2nd when I asked how long does it take to deliver physical form to Turkey, they said:not specific time but maybe around 10 days It's been 2.5 months already !!! What is going on with your service ? I've paid 40$ on December 15th 2025 and still cannot use the card.This is a SCAM. Do not waste your time on this

Hi, it’s been two months since I contacted you for using your mastercard and I was being told the application is under development and now, the app is on appstore but the KYC section is nowhere in application and you need it for almost doing anything except for depositing and that’s odd to launch your app, yet don’t support any customers
