A wonderful resource for all college students! This app provides a safe space to talk to other college students about struggles whether it be related to mental health, school, overall stress. It’s comforting to have people who may be going through similar experiences so you can all talk through it and feel less alone. There are so many groups on the app that you can join that focus on a variety of topics such as Depression Support, Academic Pressure, Yoga, Journaling, and more! There is something for everyone and you can join as many as you want! I 1000% recommend downloading it!

As a college student I struggle a lot with balancing my work, school, and social life. After joining betteredu I have been able to talk about my mental health with other college students which has been way less daunting than talking to a therapist (and free lol!) I have been able to make meaningful connections and get support for my mental health which is something I’m not comfortable talking about with my friends. Thank you BetterEDU!

This peer support app is great for college students who are seeking to just talk to someone relating to a mental health or college-related topic! There’s a variety of topics available which I think is great and helpful even if you just want to meet new people. It is definitely ideal if you just want to relax and unwind after a long day! The group leaders are wonderful and are welcoming to new and returning people! I would definitely recommend joining a group!

This app has been such a great tool to de-stress, organize myself, and talk with real people about daily issues and stresses. I can't emphasize enough how much this app has improved my mental clarity and my mood. There is finally a setting for me to can improve my mental health with the help and support of others who have the same goal. Every college student should have this app.
