Update as of Feb. 28, 2025 - Received a prompt response from the app developer. I can finally use the app now. So far it works great…satisfied for now. 5 stars for now. ——————————————Old Review - After downloading the app and going through the 12-question assessment, I can’t sign up for an account or even login to see if I already have an account (I previously downloaded the app some time ago). I can’t properly rate the app if I can’t use it.

The exercise options are limited, no smith machine exercises for example. I can’t expect them to get every exercise ever but the main problem with this is that you can’t create your own custom exercises. Also once you’ve created a plan you can’t change it at all, if you try it will delete all your progress from previous weeks. If your on a new meso-cycle or want to try new exercises you’re going to lose all your past entries. Also you can modify and delete exercises on the day of, which is nice, but you can’t add exercises, which was a problem because I accidentally deleted an exercise and couldn’t undo or replace it. The food tracker is ok but I couldn’t find a way to create recipes and it got annoying to input each ingredient individually, this would be a very useful feature to integrate.

We're happy to let you know that we're currently working on adding the ability to create custom exercises, which will give you much more flexibility in your training.Regarding the issue with changing the training plan resetting progress from previous weeks—this is definitely not how it should work. Changing or updating your plan should not erase any past progress. Could you please email us at support@adapt-hub.com with the specific steps you took that caused your progression to reset? If you want to put yourself in the best possible physical condition, buy this amazing application. The fact that it eliminates several other applications caught my eye, but after running through it’s capabilities I knew this was one app that bests the 6 different apps I had been using. Even keeping track of how much water I was drinking. Easy to navigate, and connectivity with my iPhone’s Health feature, just couldn’t have a more perfect fit for all my routines, while being able to view my workouts in real time. I deleted the rest of my fitness apps, this one includes fluids, foods, and an exercise regimen that is flexible and gives me a powerful workout. Saving time and confusion; oh and it is priced well under the apps I deleted…
