I love CadRemit so much, as someone who does a lot of international transactions, the speed and accuracy with which I can convert and transfer funds to US,Canada,Nigeria,Kenya,Rwanda and so many other countries makes this the best app ever. The exchange rate is a bit expensive however for the ease of transactions, especially being able to change naira to dollar(which no other app I know can do). It’s a small fee to pay for the ease and speed of getting dollars in my account in minutes.

These people are just a bunch of LIARS, THIEVES, and CRIMINALS! 😡 I tried using their platform to receive payment for a remote job and was supposed to get €550 back in November. They’ve been dragging their feet and won’t send my money since the 10th. After waiting forever, they told me to be patient for 60 days before I could get my money. Now, it’s been over 60 days plus, and they’re still yet to send the so-called link to request my alternate IBAN. The excuses are piling up. Everyday one lie or another. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! ❌🚩🚩

Hi Nuel,Please note that this issue occurred due to factors beyond our control, involving an unsupported third-party Euro deposit and a closed account. In line with our policy, refunds to closed accounts are processed after 60 days. However, an unexpected delay occurred due to a restriction on the originating account. Once the restriction was lifted, the funds were returned to the source, as we are unable to hold funds. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your understanding.

Avoid this app at all cost, very big scam.They’ll first of all take 1,000 naira charges on every transaction you make and secondly once you try sending out dollars they’ll purposely decline it and then once you get refunded they’ll then take the money from your account claiming it is a refund charges. Like how are you charging me for a payment that never even went through and you guys took all my money.I’ve deleted my account but the only regret I have is giving them my sensitive information, if anything goes wrong I’ll report your app to the necessary authorities.

Hi Smittrios,Please note that our partner bank applies return fees for transactions sent to invalid bank accounts. We strongly recommend verifying the validity of recipient accounts before initiating any transfers. Additionally, your claim of a ₦1000 fee per transaction is incorrect. We only apply Naira fees when Naira is deposited and then withdrawn without completing a cross-border transaction.
