Love the airline, but really disappointed with the prices to flight mostly in this time. I’m not arranging the flight for vacation. I’m doing it because my son feel in love with a girl in Mexico and now their going to get married. So my husband and me we have to go to assist/accompanion our son in a new chapter of his life. Wish fares would be a bit lower and not to expensive for ever little thing you need to add
Cannot Change Currency to USD in the App

The Aeromexico app needs improvement when it comes to currency display. Although I am based in the United States and the website shows fares in U.S. dollars, the app displays prices only in Mexican pesos and does not provide an option to change the currency.This creates an inconsistent experience between the website and the app, and it makes it more difficult to review pricing clearly before completing a booking. For an international airline, currency selection should be a basic feature, especially for customers booking from outside Mexico.I hope this issue is addressed soon, as it would make the app much more user-friendly and transparent for international travelers.
UX improvements but filled with bugs

The new app is just like the old one but with a better ux/ui.The backend is still awful, you get the same errors that you had on the previous app. (Can't change your loyalty number to another airline, can't have spaces in the emergency contact name it logs you out for no reason etc)It baffles me that a big airline can't figure out how to develop an app. While the rest if the world offer seemless experiences aeromexico struggles to provide very basic functionality to it's travelers. After traveling aeromexico for over 5 years I'm not surprised at all...
Native app with better UX

The previous app was built in some terrible web framework. It was worse than using the mobile website. The sessions kept breaking and the app would randomly reload in the middle of important flows like ticket purchasing. This app is actually a native iOS app. It’s competent, and won’t randomly quit on you. Whoever forced Aeromexico to publish a second 2.0 native app deserves a raise. This is so so much better to use.
