In my experience this is the top casino in the region (excluding Atlantic City). I have a fun time here. I always feel safe. Getting beverages coffee, soda, water is kinda slow to arrive so they offer soda machines. For those who enjoy alcohol beverages the service seems great around those areas, I don’t drink alcohol so my opinion is limited on this. Thinking about it having drinks of any type or food in gambling areas could get messy. During normal hours there are great dining options. The slots seem less tight than other casinos yet can get tight and boring frequently, it is hit and miss time periods. So far for me using the Bally’s reward card is fun and profitable. I haven’t won anything big, yet every time I visit I have fun and have gotten excited during bonus rounds. The slot bonus rounds seem to trigger more often than other local casinos. Yet are greedy sometimes, that’s part of the experience. I recommend Bally’s casino for an all around good time, very clean environment and great and knowledgeable staff. Big place, walk around and get the feel of the wonderfully designed and decorated casino. Many restrooms, kiosks, and cash out machines.

My first access to this app and my experience have been flawlessly easy except the Bally play experience wouldn’t load. I tried 3 or 4 times toGet to work but still nothing works. All the personal info is very easily updated contrary to the physical casino kiosk where I’ve attempted to update my info dozens of times to no avail. Overall a great platform for rewards members to view anything they want to see about rewards for free play or dining options.

As a 25+ year gamer let me simply say having Pat Carroll back is the best thing that I have enjoyed at Bally’s. We only stopped playing at Bally’s after the horrible experience we experienced while Pat was out healing. I only hope you all realize her value and the tremendous service she provides. Thank you for getting her back and hopefully she can pass along client retention qualities that was absent.
