Everything in the App Store information including the name of this app suggests that this is a part of One Pay and that English is the primary language being used or at the very least would be an option HOWEVER nothing that’s what I find disturbing it’s very very, very misleading and somewhere in the description right across the top. There should be a disclosure or all of the information about this application should not be in English. It should be the language that is used inside the application. People know before they download this application. For that reason, I’m going to give it only one star however I have no way of knowing anything about the application itself for obvious reasons because I don’t speak that language

Do Not Download! I am seeing Vietnamese screens in app and no option to change country or language. Even on the App Store page, the images are Vietnamese (or similar language). FYI: I use iOS older version, if that is the problem. I am talking to ONE Support now and the info I am getting is alarming about my needing to change the language settings on my cell!!! I am advising them there must be a fake app or something is WRONG. No way am I touching my Settings! It has never lost the ENG settung until now?!! I will not use this ONE Wallet and am likely canceling my ONE Card IF this is really the right app and not a fraudulent copy cat or scam app. Only 5 (now 6) Reviews avg. 1.0. That alone is a RED FLAG. Researching further.

Upon installation of the App, the App shows all of its screen in Vietnamese language. Furthermore, onePay does NOT accept AMERICAN EXPRESS card, while Walmart accepts it. I am totally unable to decipher how to change its language to English. How could Walmart and Apple AppStore allow this App?I am suddenly lost for words.

I downloaded the app but nothing is in English (might be Vietnamese, but I’m not sure) and I can’t find any option to change the language to English. So the app is useless to me at this point.
