While we may have greater telepathic abilities speaking openly to the world in all forms of language has arrived. BuzzSprout made the process of achieving that easy. Very little is required other than an interest to be heard and to follow some simple directions. The advantage is huge and the cost remarkably low for the breadth of access to a worldwide audience. It’s okay but not really needed
I can’t really see the point of this app. There’s nothing here that I can’t do more easily via their website even on my phone or tablet. Also items that are more worthless like getting an eCertificate that their robo-server is proud of me for releasing X number of episodes is upfront where it’s not helpful. Why do I care that Buzz’s server is proud of me for releasing episodes? Or getting notifications throughout the day of such?
What we really need, and I have asked for this before, is better reporting on what any given day does. If I could open a day’s window and see where I was listened to on that given day, that would really help me plan my episode attack for my podcast as well as plan any marketing I want to do.
Anyway, the app is okay but I don’t see me using it all that much nor having it take up space on my iPad.

Exactly What I Wanted
I’ve been a Buzzsprout user and podcasting for about a year and a half now. With traveling and working everywhere, I’ve always wanted a mobile version. The display is perfect- it’s so easy to keep track of all my episodes, downloads, and I love seeing the daily stats throughout the day. Plus, the people who work for Buzzsprout and helped to make the app are all friendly and awesome people.
